Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We do not accept order cancelations. If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of your product, we will gladly exchange your product, if unused. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days from receiving date. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with the original packaging included. Damaged items are non-eligible for returns. For exchanges, please place a new order with us for the correct size, and return the original order.

Please note that customer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns and exchanges. If you need a return shipping label, send us an email. We will provide the label but the shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Som Studio reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to us to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
