PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time is 5 business days, following your order. Once product is shipped, you can expect your package within 2-14days for domestic shipping.

SHIPPING

Som Studio ships all domestic orders and international orders via USPS First class mail, UPS, DHL or Fedex. Any additional shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer. Som Studio will not responsible for paying for additional shipping charges when an item is exchanged. Import tax and Duty will be charged for an international purchase. It will be vary depends on the country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We do not accept order cancelations. If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of your product, we will gladly exchange your product, if unused. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days from receiving date. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with the original packaging included. Damaged items are non-eligible for returns. For exchanges, please place a new order with us for the correct size, and return the original order.

Please note that customer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns and exchanges. If you need a return shipping label, send us an email. We will provide the label but the shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Som Studio reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to us to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

All SALE items are final sale.

2-Year Warranty

At SOM Studio, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use from the original purchase date.

What is covered?

Our warranty covers:

• Hardware or material defects
  
• Faulty stitching or craftsmanship
  
• Functional issues caused by manufacturing defects
  

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, chewing, pulling, improper care, or modifications
  
• Cosmetic changes such as fading, scratches, or natural aging of materials
  
• Lost or stolen items
  

Warranty Eligibility

• Valid for original purchasers only
  
• Proof of purchase is required
